Aged and Community Services Association NSW and ACT (ACSA)
ACSA is a peak organisation for aged-care services, community care services and retirement villages in New South Wales and ACT. ACSA provides policy and management advice, industrial services and a learning centre. The ACSA website has up-to-date information on the latest in aged and community care.

- Policies and procedures in response to elder abuse (for senior staff)
- Responding appropriately to elder abuse (for direct care workers).

NSW Health Education Centre Against Violence (ECAV)
ECAV Provide NSW state-wide specialised training, consultancy and resource development for NSW Health and interagency workers who provide services to children and adults who have experienced sexual assault, domestic violence or Aboriginal family violence and/or physical and emotional abuse and neglect.
ECAV offers this course related to elder abuse: Not seen or heard: recognizing and responding to abuse of older people.
